Common support topics

Three areas where participants typically need a hand — each with clear next steps.

Signing in and account access

Forgot your password, locked out after too many attempts, or your confirmation email never arrived? Start by checking your spam folder, then use the reset link on the login screen.

Video playback and file loading

Most playback problems come down to browser cache or an outdated extension blocking media. A hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R) resolves the majority of these in under a minute.

Buffer issues Browser cache Download access

Progress tracking not updating

If a lesson you completed is still showing as incomplete, the tracker may not have received the completion signal. Watching at least 85% of a video without skipping ahead usually fixes this automatically.

How to reach us when self-service isn't enough

Some issues genuinely need a second pair of eyes. Sending the right details upfront means we can respond with a real answer rather than asking follow-up questions.

Typical first reply

4 hrs

During business hours, Mon–Fri. Weekend tickets are picked up first thing Monday.

What to include in your message
1

Your registered email — the one used when you enrolled, not a secondary address you might also check.

2

The course and module name — copy the exact title from the breadcrumb so we can open the same view on our end.

3

What you expected vs. what happened — a single sentence for each is enough. Avoid vague descriptions like "it doesn't work."

4

Device and browser — for example, Chrome 124 on Windows 11, or Safari on iOS 17.4.

  • Progress data is never lost silently Completion records are saved server-side. If your dashboard looks wrong, it's a display issue — your actual data is intact and we can restore the view.
  • Cross-device sync is automatic Switching from a laptop to a tablet mid-course is fine. Progress syncs on next login, so there's no manual step required from your side.
  • Access does not expire mid-course Once enrolled, your access to that course's materials stays active for the full duration stated at purchase. Contact us if you're unsure of your expiry date.
